Therapro Gift Certificates are virtual; once your order is processed, we will send a Gift Certificate code by email. You can enter this code during checkout. For those who wish to gift a paper certificate, you can choose that option as well.
Some explanation of the fields below:
Choose a dollar amount for the certificate. Unfortunately, multiple gift certificates require each certificate to be added to your cart separately as an individual item.
From: This is a required field; it is the name of the purchaser. Used for customizing the email we send with the Gift Certificate code.
Recipient Name: This is a required field; it is the name to whom you wish to send the certificate. Used for customizing the email we send with the Gift Certificate code. In the event you may not know exactly to whom the certificate should be addressed, you can fill your own name here.
Recipient Email: This is a required field; the Gift Certificate code will be emailed to this address. If you do not know the email address of the reipient, you can enter your own email here.
Gift Message: This is an optional field. You can customize a message to the recipient if you wish.
Please Send Physical Certificate: Checking this box will let us know you wish to receive a paper gift certificate in addition to delivery of the virtual certificate by email.
